How we protect your privacy

Odoo ERP with HRMS facilitates many services to employees to manage their day-to-day operations. The Services include marking attendance , Leaves , holiday management etc .As part of running those services in the ODOO ERP hosted by the individual USERS, the BizConnect Mobile app collect these request using app and update the same in respective ODOO platform.  This data is not only essential to run our services, but also critical for the safety of our services and all our users.
This policy explains what information is collected, why it is collected, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Most of the data we collect is collected from the mobile application during the process of marking attendance. The Function collect data like Employees Geocode Location during the time of marking attendance. We also take a picture during the process of marking attendance.

How we use this information

We use your Geo-Location and photo information to provide our services, to mark the attendance online with related information. We may also use this information for business to make decisive information on the trend of employee optimisation.

Accessing, Updating or Deleting Your Personal Information

You have the right to access and update personal data you have previously provided to us. You can do so at any time by connecting to your personal account on the ODOO HR Admin in the connected system. If you wish to permanently delete your account or personal information for a legitimate purpose, please contact Helpdesk to request so from the respective companies IT Admin. Since the application is not managed by Biztras , we will not take responsibility for deleting the data.

We realize how important and sensitive your personal data is, and we take a great number of measures to ensure that this information is securely processed, transmitted  and preserved from data loss and unauthorized access.

Data Retention

we will only transmit such data as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, as laid out in this policy, including any legal retention period, or as long as necessary to carry out a legitimate Employee data and its related services.

Disclosure

we do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties. We may share or disclose aggregated or de-identified information, for research purposes, or to discuss trends or statistics with third-parties.
