Client Challenge
Sharjah Children Center was established in the Emirate of Sharjah in 1985 under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council, the Ruler of Sharjah. They were trying to consolidate and implement Helpdesk Management , Events Management , Survey & E-Commerce automation under one Umbrella.
